    The Courthouse Lawyer is a self-help legal service provided by Legal FACS. Volunteers, who are licensed attorneys, donate time to help low income people represent themselves in Domestic Relations, Name Change, and Small Claims Cases.

    Location: The Courthouse Lawyer Service is located on the 2rd floor of the Bernalillo Courthouse, in the Pro Se Division area, Room 273, and Room 210 of the Metropolitan Court. The District Court is located at 400 Lomas N.W. and the Metropolitan Court is located at 401 Lomas N.W.
